INTRODUCTION
By engaging VALROA’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the terms of our services and bookings.
BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
Villas, restaurants, tours, activities, beach clubs, massages, private chef & and all bookings
- Once a deposit or payment or full payment is made it is non - refundale
- Changes can be made depending on availability and with at least 7 business days before the date scheduled.

ITINERARY CREATION
We are committed to crafting a bespoke travel itinerary tailored to your preferences, ensuring your journey is extraordinary and unforgettable.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Once your first draft of a bespoke itinerary is delivered via any means (e.g., WhatsApp, email, etc.) and it is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required upon itinerary confirmation. This deposit is due within two (2) months of itinerary confirmation, unless other arrangements are agreed upon with any of the contacts at Valroa. The remaining balance is due two (2) months before the trip start date.
B. CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation:
— If the cancellation occurs five (5) months or more prior to the planned trip start date, there will be a fee of 25% of the total amount of the trip.
— If the cancellation occurs 3 to 5 months prior to the planned trip start date, there will be a fee of 50% of the total amount of the trip.
— If the cancellation occurs less than 3 months prior to the planned trip start date, the client will be charged 100% of the total trip cost.
FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS
Please note that flights are non-refundable, so in case of a refund, they will be deducted from the total before applying the cancellation conditions.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION COMMUNICATION
These modifications or cancellations must be delivered in writing, and the date of receipt will be taken as proof.
CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Once receipt is confirmed (by any means of written communication - email, WhatsApp, text message), and modifications/adjustments to that same quote begin to be worked on, the terms and conditions found under the same quote are considered accepted and are put into immediate effect.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER
The Client will not be entitled to any compensation if the cancellation of the trip is imposed due to force majeure, recurring climatic or natural events or that may result in a danger to the safety of travelers.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any itinerary or program related to the sale in the event of force majeure.
INTERNAL FLIGHTS
For trips that include domestic flights booked by us, we request exact names and names of passengers. Rates for domestic flights are subject to change, we can issue the reservation ticket upon payment of a deposit corresponding to the value of the tickets, which are not modifiable or refundable. Or, we will reconfirm the ticket price 30 days before departure, with no guarantee of maintaining the price advertised at the time of quote.
For domestic flights booked by you, please provide us with departure and arrival times as well as flight numbers. The Company cannot be responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations by the airline and services modified and/or canceled accordingly, which will be borne by the customer.
COMPANY AUTHORITY
Any decision made by the guide who accompanies the Client during the duration of his program, as a representative of the Company, is considered final in all matters.
The Company will not be responsible for any illegal act committed by the Client or for the consequences of this illegal act, during their stay in the country. In such circumstances, the Client may be excluded from the stay and the continuation of his/her program, at the sole discretion of the Company or the Agent.
If the Company considers that a client’s presence is not appropriate for a Program (due to illness or danger to any other representative of the Company), it may, at its sole discretion, refuse to provide its services to the Client, without any refund.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that he is in possession of the necessary documents to enter the territory: visa, passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date, etc. The Client is responsible for their international flights: arrival and departure, according to the established schedule and itinerary. The Company cannot be responsible for any failure on the part of the Client to obtain these documents. It is the Customer’s responsibility to read and accept the Terms and Conditions described here. If customers have a connecting flight, please allow enough time for customs clearance. A passport defect or excessively long customs procedures will not be reimbursed in any case by the Company.
TRAVELER INFORMATION
Our programs correspond to a defined number of nights and not necessarily to a whole number of days. Depending on arrival and departure times in the country, the first and last day may be shortened. In this case, the customer will not be able to request any refund.
LUGGAGE
For the comfort and safety of our Clients throughout the duration of their program, luggage is strictly limited to one bag of 20 kg maximum, per person.Carry-on luggage or a bag of photographic or video material will also be allowed. The company is not responsible for delays or lost luggage caused by airlines that operate international or national flights, nor for their monitoring during the stay. We advise travelers to take out insurance to cover the possible costs of repatriating their luggage.
HOTEL
Hotel classification is due to approvals granted by local tourism authorities in accordance with host country regulations, which may differ from country to country. Requests for family or connecting rooms are sent to the hotels concerned. However, this is the responsibility of the hotelier and cannot be guaranteed to clients only subject to availability. The Company cannot be held responsible for any non-compliance on the part of the hotelier.
IMPORTANT NOTE
After confirming the first draft of your custom itinerary through any means (WhatsApp, etc.) or making a deposit to an account linked to Valroa, any Valroa member, or one of our partners/suppliers, this deposit is considered a security deposit. From that moment on, the corresponding terms and conditions will apply, which means that 25% of the total trip cost is due.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
VALROA strongly recommends that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations or interruptions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VALROA will make every effort to ensure your travel experience is exceptional. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.
PRICE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT TIME OF BOOKING
Prices for our products or services are subject to availability at the time of booking. The cost of the product or service you wish to purchase may vary due to factors such as demand, supply, seasonal fluctuations, and market conditions. To secure the price at the time of booking, we recommend finalizing your reservation promptly. The price indicated in your booking confirmation will remain unchanged, provided that the terms and conditions of the booking are met, giving you peace of mind regarding the price for your selected products or services. Please note that any changes or modifications to your reservation may result in adjustments to the pricing, reflecting the current rates at the time of the change. We advise reviewing your booking confirmation to confirm the accurate and up-to-date pricing for your reservation.
